Job description
• August 1 start date. Easy credentialing.
• Physician (Internal Med or Family Practice) or Nurse Practitioner
• 4-5 days a week
• Provider must see patients on their own
• Flexible on days & hours
• 8a-5p or 9a-6p
• 25-35 patients per day
• 95% adults (ages 12+)
• Must do in person interview
• Charting must be completed
• Provider will have 1:1 MA
• T&L: No
• EMR: ECW
