Description:Alliance Medical Center is currently seeking a full and/or part time, PediatricianWhat you will do at AMC:Provide care to children from birth through young adult with an in-depth knowledge and experience in pediatric primary health care including well child care and prevention/management of common pediatric acute illnesses and chronic Sign up or sign in for contact information the specialized healthcare needs of individuals from birth through young adulthood, including physical, psychological, and social concerns of children in the areas of health maintenance and promotion, and assessment and management of disease Sign up or sign in for contact information therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suture removal and would care, and managing Sign up or sign in for contact information and implements patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of Sign up or sign in for contact information in medical chart review for patient follow-up and quality Sign up or sign in for contact information and counsels patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens, normal growth and development, family planning, emotional problems of daily living, and health Sign up or sign in for contact information adequate medical records on all patients, including follow-up referrals, and meet on a regular basis with the physician to go over charting and/or medical care Sign up or sign in for contact information to health center standards for productivity as defined by the Chief Medical Officer and senior Sign up or sign in for contact information in quality improvement Sign up or sign in for contact information:The Pediatrician at Alliance Medical Center has the following qualifications and skills: 2+ years experience preferredGraduate of an accredited school of medicine or osteopathyCurrent California / Board eligible license to practice Pediatrics including DEA license and current CPRBoard Certification in PediatricsA passion for community based healthcare requiredBilingual in Spanish/English preferredEMR knowledge, EPIC preferred (training will be provided)
