Licensed providers highly preferred; need coverage ASAP.

General mix, Ortho, ENT, Endo, GYN, OB

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.

Facility Size - 25+ bed (critical access) hospital.

ED is a Level IV Trauma runs 24hrs
