Locum CRNA needed Flagstaff, AZ starting in May 2025

Job description

A level 1 trauma center in Flagstaff AZ needs a CRNA to start in May 2025 and work through September.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Shift times are: 7a-3p 7a-5p 7a-7p 3p-11p. Need to be flexible.
Cases: ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center.
Experience: must have recent hospital experience.
Care team model.
30-45 day credentialing time frame.
Travel, Lodging and malpractice covered

• Mix of 8's, 10's and 12's
• Cases: Ortho, General, Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Ambulatory and Endo
