Contract Details:
Specialty: CRNA
Facility Needs: 5 starts in March, 7 new starts in April, 7 new starts in May
Contract Length: 3 months continuous coverage preferred with the option to extend
Shift Details: 40 hours of scheduled work per week; shifts vary between 8’s, 10’s, and 12’s. (OT after 45 hours)
Call: Required, 1 weekend call shift per month and 2 weeknight call shifts per month. Option to work 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday regular shift every 3 months to replace one call option.
Schedule: Locums will receive their schedule 6 weeks at a time.
Credentialing Timeframe: About 30 days if licensed; up to 60 days if non-licensed (pending license).

Work Details:
Amount of Coverage Needed Per Month: Continuous full-time coverage, 40 hours per week
Patient Population/Age: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric (90%+ over age 12)
Department Description:
Operating Rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endoscopy, radiology
Supervision-based anesthesia; independent work possible at the Nampa location
EMR: EPIC
Hospital Bed Size: 378
Skills Required: Gyn, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, endoscopy, interventional radiology, MRI. Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma cases.
Exclusions: No burns, transplants, open heart, sick peds, or OB
CRNAs will not perform their own regional anesthesia/blocks but will perform spinal blocks and occasionally arterial lines (not a requirement). No epidurals or central lines.

Minimum Experience: 1 year
Supervision Model: Max of 4:1 ratio. Independent role available at a nearby campus (must perform OB).
