Job description

• 25-bed Critical Access acute-care hospital with a Level IV Trauma Center

First Date of Coverage Needed: March 1-7, 2025

Rotation/Dates of Coverage Needed:
• 3 weeks on, 1 week off (permanent rotation)
• March 1-7, March 24 – ONGOING

Daily Model: 1 CRNA per day (SOLO CRNA PRACTICE)
Weeknight Call Rotation: Every night while working
Weekend Call Rotation: Every weekend while working
Case Types: ENDO, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, General, Trauma, Neonatal
Skills Required: Proficient in spinal, blocks, epidurals
Special Notes:
All CRNA practice. Provider must be comfortable working independently.
Temp privileges are available with a clean file – no criminal background or malpractice issues
EMR: Paper Charting for ANES / Meditech
