Type of cases required: Bread and Butter, ENT, GYN, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Podiatry
Supervision: All CRNA practice
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
Case logs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
EMR System: Epic
Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions
Licenses: ACLS, BLS, PALS
