-Schedule: Monday to Friday 7a-4:00p/5p.
-No Call.
-Cases: Urology, Ortho, Endo, Eyes, Plastics.
-Credentialing: 30-60 days.
-No OT.
-3 ORs, 2 GI Rooms.
-2 Physicians, 5 CRNA's.
