Care Team Model of 1:3 or 1:4.
General B&B, Ortho, Outpatient for locums with No OB epidurals (doc's are doing them). Very CRNA friendly if CRNA wants to do more cases like Regionals, OB, and vascular. However, flexible on all skill levels. Great lifestyle position.
