Schedule: Monday thru Friday 40 hours per week plus call
• Job Setting : Hospital
• Type of Cases: general, endoscopy, plastics, orthopedic, urology, light pediatrics (healthy, none under 2 years old) cooperative OR admin, bread and butter position, good mix of cases**
• Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days
• Board Certification, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Active Ohio State License/CSR/DEA
