Job description

- Schedule: Shifts are negotiable, 8s, 10s or 12s. 40 hour guarantee per week. Min of 2 weeks per month.
- No call, weekends/nights or holidays.
- Cases: Bread and Butter, All cases except cardiovascular.
- No CRNAs at this site. Physicians doing 100% own cases.
- Credentialed at 2 facilities.
- Credentialing: 2 - 3 months.
- EMR: Epic.
