• Gen B B, Ortho. NO Peds, OB or Neuro/Heads.
• Supervision: 1:4
• 15 Rooms
• Charting: tBar
• Privileging Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Call taking and OT plus, but not mandatory
• Medical Directing CRNAs 100% of the time.
