Cardiovascular Surgery APP Needed in GA (VEIN HARVESTING REQ) - WILL LICENSE

Location: Augusta & Atlanta

Start: May

13-week with the option to extend

• Support staff: 2 APPS; 3 surgeons.
• Schedule Details: 4x 10 hour shifts Call: Every 3rd weekend at minimum

Work Details:
• Facility Type: hospital
• EMR/Charting Software: epic
• Avg. Daily Census: 2 cases per day
• Patient Age Group: adult
• Procedures: EVH, Endoscopic Vein Harvesting. : Full service cardiac surgery program including Destination LVADS and bridge to transplant.

Requirements:
Call: Includes Rounding. Saturdays are about 8 hours and Sundays are 4-6 hours. It is from hotel. The APPs are seldomly called back in. 0-1 times.
• Board Certifications Req’d –CV Surgery
• State License(s): GA
• Certifications: ACLS, CALS
• Years of Experience Req’d: 5 years minimum

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
