Location: Seattle, WA
Start Date: Jan
Schedule: M-F | 5x8hr shifts (May switch to 4x10hr shifts)
Department Description: This will be inpatient and outpatient coverage, possible outpatient only. There are 3 heart failure cardiologists and five NP/PA that are currently on staff.
Advanced Heart failure experience is preferred and cardiology experience is required.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
