Location: Fostoria, OH
Mon-Fri , Port Clinton AM/Fostoria PM—potential weekends if desired. No weeknight call
Specialty: General Cardiologist
Start Date: ASAP- As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Need until fall 2024
Work Details:
Support Staff: MA/RN/PSCs at each location
Special Procedures: No procedures—testing supervision, reading of stress test, nuclear images, echoes, ekgs and holters.
Practice Setting:
Hospital
Requirements:
Board Certification: Yes
License Required: Active OH license
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 - 90 days
