Start Date: ASAP (90-120 day credentialing)
Contract Length: 6-12 months
Shift Details: 12-hour shifts, 60 hours/month, minimum 3-6 shifts/month
Schedule: 6 AM – 6 PM or 7 AM – 7 PM

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine physician to join our dynamic team in Garden City, Kansas. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment!

Position Overview: You’ll work in a facility with an annual volume of approximately 19,000 patients, managing a diverse patient population in a collaborative hospital setting.

Work Details:

Shift Times:
Garden City: 12-hour shifts from 6 AM – 6 PM or 7 AM – 7 PM
Dodge City: 12-hour shifts from 7 AM – 7 PM (optional coverage)
Patients Per Shift: Garden City averages 20 patients per shift; Dodge City averages 12 patients.
% Admitted Patients: Approximately 16.48% in Garden City
Backup Specialties: General Surgery, Pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, Orthopedics, Tele-Nephrology, Tele-Neurology, Hematology/Oncology, Urology, Cardiology
Support Staff: No scribe coverage; no APP supervision required
EMR System: Epic
