Location Variety: Must be willing to obtain privileges at all locations within the same group. Apply for multiple groups for even more opportunities!
Licensure Requirements: IMLC proof or proof of Maryland license application needed.
Certification Accepted: ABEM and ABFM. Non-ABEM certified? Just ensure you have ATLS (can be expired), ACLS, and PALS.

Vaccination Requirements:

Current flu vaccine
PPD within the last year
COVID vaccination (boosters preferred)
Shift Flexibility: Choose from a variety of shifts to fit your lifestyle:

Weekdays: 6a-3p, 11a-6p, 2p-10p, 6p-12a, & 10p-6a
Weekends: Options vary by location, offering plenty of opportunities to work around your schedule!

Special Services Include:

Stroke and Surgery Centers (UMEN)
Pediatric Emergency Care
Psychiatric Services (UMUC)

Additional Details:

No Scribe Coverage
APP Supervision Required: Standard Maryland supervision for Physician Assistants; Nurse Practitioners practice independently.
EMR: EPIC
Privileging Timeframe: 45-90 days depending on file complexity, with expedited privileges available for candidates with a clean record.
