SCHEDULE: 12-hour shifts – 8 am-8 pm
Min of 6/12 hour shifts per month

EMR: EPIC

Licenses and Certifications: Oregon medical license and DEA, ABEM Board Certification*
*If not ABEM board certified, PALS, ACLS, and ATLS are required
