Active State Medical License, CDS, & DEA (with TX address)
Board Certified in ABEM OR ABFM OR ABIM (or osteopathic counterparts)
36,469 Annual Volume
Between 1.67 and 1.88 patients per hour
Shift times are 7a-7p, 12p-12a, 7p-7a
