Maine Nocturnist Needed for Specific Dates – Excellent Support & No Procedures Required
Job description
We’re looking for a Board-Certified Hospitalist or Nocturnist for a night shift position from 2/27-3/4 and 3/29-4/3. You’ll work 12-hour shifts (6p-6a), managing 23-30 patients per day, with low ER admissions. No procedures are required, but if needed, you’ll have support from ER and anesthesia teams.
You’ll be the sole hospitalist on nights, with a fantastic nursing staff to assist. This position is inpatient care for a mostly elderly patient population with co-morbidities.

Requirements:
Board Certified, Internal Medicine only (no Family Practice).
Active ME license required due to the start date.
Minimum 1 year of experience.
BLS, ACLS, and COVID vaccination required.
