MEDICAL DIRECTOR ROLE

FT M-F 8:30-5

Inpatient Unit

Will have clinical role and admin role

General psy cases: anxiety, adhd, disorders

Will supervise APPs

Must be BC

Medical Director duties include:

Leadership:

Leads medical staff oversight
Ensures regulatory compliance
oversees performance improvement.
Develops staffing schedules for the Medical Staff.

Clinical Oversight:
Manages patient care quality and assessments.
Leads team
