About the clinician's workday
The following position provides direct clinical care to state prisoners, functions collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and maintains effective communication with staff and administration; Provides assessments, direct clinical care and treatment to inmates; conduct comprehensive psychiatry assessments; participate in treatment planning. Board Certified is not required, but Board Eligible is. A physician must complete the 8 hour buprenorphine waiver training program and obtain the required DEA waiver. This position is 3 days a week.
