• Monday - Sunday 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM
• Adult / Geriatric Population
• Ages 18+
• 8-10 Patients per Day
• Average of 4 Admissions per Day
• Will be responsible for Hospital Admissions, Progress Notes and Discharges
• Support Staff - RN, LCSW, Case Management, HUC
• Open to Licensing Candidates (Wisconsin License Preferred)
• Board Certified REQUIRED
